You can cure it by 1.) not scratching which will only spread the infection and 2.) use a topical over the counter hydro cortisone that will help relieve the itch. Benedryl can help to clear it up. The cause can be a number of things, such as allergic reaction.

You can use calamine lotion to relieve itch.
Mopiko is that is available in your coutry, can help to reduce itch too especially one that is cause by insect bite...
There are lot of causes of itch:
1. Insect bite
2. Allergy reaction
3. Dust or dirty environment or air
There are still other medication available in the pharmacy. You can check it out.
I do not think that you should use corticosteroid like hydrocoritisone first... as i suppose yours is a minor itch.
Just go to the pharmacy and i think they will know what to recommend you

insect bites- cortisone takes the itch away
poison ivy- calomine lotion
allergic reaction- a shot in the butt at the er
