Tumors do not come and go. Head ache of tumors is constant and is almost always accompanied by vomiting.

I agree with Don . Dizziness usually is caused by an inner ear problem which in turn can be caused by either a sinus or ear infection. If after going to the doctor and your ears and sinus are okay then I would go to an opthamologist and get your eyes checked. Eye strain and pressure on the eyes could also be causing your problem. But the most likely is what Don stated.

A person with a brain tumor often wakes up with a headache that eases as the day goes on. During the 6 months prior to my diagnosis of a brain tumor, I woke up every morning with a mild to moderate headache. It would get better as the day went on. I also have allergies and TMJ, so I attributed my headaches to one of those. Finally, one day I woke up with a terrible headache. It subsided somewhat by mid-day, but by the end of the day I was having grand mal seizures.

No. You might have a sinus or ear infection. Go see a doctor.

No, you may be getting dehydrated. Try drinking water.
