They feel threatened by reason and logic so they contrive their own "evidence" in a futile attempt to debunk the theories of evolution. I guess it helps them sleep better at night.

a million) no one outdoors of the atheist international even recognizes the "No authentic Scotsman" fallacy. besides, it isn't any longer a fallacy if it is authentic. A literal reading of Genesis, in spite of the indisputable fact that, does no longer inevitably mean that each and each and every reality is literal in construct. even as the starting up of Genesis is a literal narrative, it makes use of figures of speech and poetic language in a great number of places. 2) a actual Christian CAN settle for evolution and position self belief in God, because the textual content of Genesis does no longer specially exclude it or make it no longer plausible. i do not settle for evolution, yet i don't believe it truly is basically incompatible with Christianity, both. 3) even as evolution is uncovered because the fraud that it truly is, a life like individual seems for yet another concept which has no longer been disproved and has info. The Biblical account of introduction suits that. in spite of your declare, there is no info adverse to introduction. "on the present level of geological analyze, we ought to confess that there is no longer some thing contained in the geological records that runs opposite to the view of conservative creationists, that God created each and each and every species one by one, probably from the dirt of the earth." – Dr. Edmund J. Ambrose (Emeritus Professor of cellular Biology, college of London), the nature and foundation of the organic and organic international (John Wiley & Sons, 1982), p. 164. 4) it is the biggest straw guy argument. What you're saying about writing is an utter lie, as archaeology has decisively shown that writing is a lot older. Genesis is God's be conscious because Jesus says it truly is, and historic info helps the undeniable reality that Jesus stated this, died, and rose from the lifeless.

They want their story to be right, even if it is not. Creationism is stupid people, what good will come from creationism? Evolution can at least help us with medicine and other forms of biology.
