You just been dating this dude for a week, you not in love!! If you sleep with him already this is why he don't want to be bother, you was just another fast young lady that gave up the A*S*S*. Don't call him again, find somebody your age and keep you legs close. You have know TJ long enough to his friend and he do not think you has a friend and might already have a girlfriend.

hi, i am 19 yrs old i kinda know what you mean .i have been through something similar to what you going through. This 19yr old guy you are talking about is definitely no too old for you. If both of you guys really like eachother and want to be together , then go ahead there's no problem with that , just making sure he's worth it and respects you and treats you right . It could be the start to a long-lasting relationship ..who knows right? one more thing, i suggest you to open-up with your parents and have a talk with them. well who better then your parents , especially your mom to give you one great advice.Be honest with them and tell them everything. i am pretty sure they will be on your side , whatever your decision is.

Sweetie, you aren't in love with someone you've only been dating a week...you apparently are quite attracted to him though, and it hurts to be told someone doesn't feel as you do...I understand (it happens to me plenty, and I'm 41)
Truthfully, at this stage in your life, he is a bit old for you...he's out of school and already started his career...you are still in high school so your lives are not on the same page...
Be happy he wants to be friends...they are worth more than their weight in gold...boyfriends will come and go, but true friends will be with you for the long haul...
Take a deep breath, give yourself some time to get over him...and then get back into life and having fun!

same situation. Im 17 and dating a 21yr old. The reason why he said he wants to be friends is beacuse if he goes away he doesnt wanan still be tied down. it took me a long time to get this. after he gets back and you guys see one another your feelings will come back and hell get used to missing you. thats how my guy was. just give him some time and he will realize what he misses most...you

okay sweetheart. i know that you are hurting right now but trust me he did you a great favor by letting you go. i am a former army reservists and the worst thing that you can do is get involved with someone in the service. servicemen are dogs and their deployment gives the freedom to exploit their dogginess to the fullest.

If he wants to be friends you have to respect that.
because of his military status and difference in your ages - he could get into SERIOUS legal issues that could cost him his livelihood/future.
you've only know him a short while what's the hurry. let your friendship grow, if love is meant to be in the future,you'll have a closer relationship becuz of your friendship.

If he doesn't feel the same way there is little to nothing you can do to change him. Move on. It is better and less complicated for you to date someone closer to your age anyway.
