It's how you stand. If back is straight, it's called good posture. If your shoulders are slumped people say it's bad posture.

the way you sit or stand. people say to maintain good posture you should sit up straight as if you are holding a book on your head. sounds comfy huh? not. as long as you don't hunch over all the time, you should be fine.
