guys think im stuck up or to cute because i dont say anything back

No you have the right to not be stared at. I am the same as you in that I hate being stared at. At the same time, people will just do it and there is not much that can be done to stop it. The most I can advice would to leave their company. If it is someone you know or feel comfortable with you could maybe try asking them to not stare at you, also.

Why are they staring? Are you all dressed up? Are you showing skin? Are you acting in a way that might draw attention? I've known plenty of women who would go out in short short skirts, tight tops with cleavage showing, then complain that guys either drooled over them or just wanted them for sex...well DUH!
Maybe you aren't doing any of those things, but do be aware of your appearance and behavior...guys are very visual creatures so if you're giving them something attractive, amusing, or unusual to look at, they'll probably look!

Not at all. I know exactly what you mean. I'm the same way and they think I'm being stuck up or I think I'm too cute for them, but people are crazy now a days and you never know who your talking to or what type of person your dealing with till it's too late.

If you like the guy enough it shouldn't creep you out, however is it possible that he is possesive? Maybe that's creeping you out.
