Try some nail cream. I rubbed some on my face by mistake once, and my zits, pimples, blackheads got smaller.

Oh dear me, sweetie! You said it's a lump? don't try to keep popping it. Go to your dermatologist and he or she can set you up on a treatment that can get rid of it. You're only gonna make it worse. Have you tried Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash? If you've tried everything over the counter and nothing worked, it's time to go to the dermatologist. Good luck, sugar!

You may have a cyst, a cyst has a hard covering around it, if it is close to the surface of the skin sterilize a sewing needle or staright pin and puncture it, that should let it drain, then sterilize the area and leave it alone. Nye

It sounds to me like a sebaceous cyst. Its quite common, the poures under the skin can often get clogged up now and again. Its not serious and will have gone by next week. If it`s still there this time next week seek medical advice from your doctor

omg do NOT keep trying to pop it if it's clear. It will get this bloody looking fluid and then you get a scab! which is MORE noticeable!! Don't do that!!!
just wash your face really well and try proactive it works!!! (maybe a bit expensive though)
or try some other product
acne is technically a disease. there'es treatments for other diseases but for acne, you need something like proactive! It's really good

Apply a Salicylic Acid solution (available in pharmacy) using an earbud. This will dry out any kind of pimple.
