"Some gulls do migrate, especially ones in the northern parts of the world, such as Alaska. Like other migratory birds, they go south during the winter to where the pickins' are better. The migratory patterns vary widely depending on where they reside in the summer, but they can travel thousands of miles to find better food sources."

depending on what specie of seagull, what continent or what country they will either migrate or stay put.

Eastern Seagulls which range from Nova Scotia Canada, to Miami Florida stay put all year

Silver Sea Gulls, are micellanious in this some migrate south some dont it depends on food resources

Albatross which are a seagull with a 7 foot wingspan, migrate from Alaska in the summer to Antarctica in the winter (In Antarctica Winter here is summer there).
