Getting a shot is relatively painless. you just feel a little prick. With Tetanus shots, some people do experience pain following the vaccination, usually nothing too severe other than a dull pain in the arm where the shot was administered. This usually goes away within a day. Its nothing life threatening or anything that will keep you from doing your normal activities. Tetanus shots are really nothing to fret, It may be scary at first, but in a day or two you wont even realize anything happened. you will be fine. And breathing out slowly wont do anything to lessen the chance of the possible pain to follow, but will relax you during the shot so the needle wont hurt so much. In the end, you will be fine. And like my dad used to say, "If it kills you, you never have to do it again"
Fair winds and smooth sailing

i imagine a extreme chair is extra acceptable, booster seats are many times for older little ones and so that's less difficult for a smaller baby to slip out. We had a extreme chair that we paid $100 and twenty USD for my son and then even as my daughter become born she become able to apply it too, so in case you intend on having extra little ones do not ignore that it receives even extra use! we've the preggo extreme chair. As for vehicle seat, we've the Britax street.. that's good from start till 80lbs, that's extra expensive then a number of the different seats for sale even if that is because they could bypass from it to a booster so that you'll purely favor to purchase the only vehicle seat and then a booster later on (at like 5), has the optimal protection score, really straight forward to position in and use... i like it!

I've had one and It was literally over in 5 seconds sometimes it helps to just close your eyes while the doctor/nurse get the shot ready. Yes, It does hurt when you lift your arm but after a few weeks it will go away.

Relax your muscles, if you "tighten up" the pain will be worse, just take a nice deep breath and relax (go limp) as you breathe out and dont do a thing till it is over. After it is over you can jump up and down and yell all you want, but probably won't need to cause it's over. Nye

a tetnus booster is just a shot. Just close your eyes and pinch yourself as to "transfer" the pain. It's actually over in about 5 seconds. But dont worry.
It is going to be very sore, and you might bruise, but it's not unbearable. It will just be sore when you lift your arm. But it will go away. dont be scared. it will be over quicker than think. But make sure, if you are right handed, to get it in your left arm. and vice versa.

I've had boosters. They're no big deal. But if needles give you the willies, find something else to concentrate on. Like your breathing, or your left big toe, or that fascinating spot on the wall.

I had one last year and barely felt it. You'll be fine! Just take some deep breaths and think about something else. Don't watch it go in 'cuz you'll psych yourself out and make it worse. You'll be fine sweetie, at least they are trying to go into your joints with needles like I've had before!

They don't hurt that bad, you're acting as though someone's going to scoop your brain out through your nose.

They don't hurt. Don't worry.
