he gave me his cell # and he gave me a hug when i saw him at a teen night thing at a club but he promised to dance but he i guess forgot but he promised to dance with me this week at the club i dunno what to think im sooo confused! ohh and he told me i was prettier than my sister and she is super pretty!

First thing is first u should ask him how do he feel about u. Because if he is talking to other girl he probably don't like u the way u like him. But u never no just ask him and see what he say.

He's giving you "mixed signals" this is why you're confused. You guys talk together but then he's talking about others. He said he'd dance with you, then he didn't. He says you're pretty yet he doesn't ask you out. No wonder you don't know what's going on. I'd go on and play it cool, pretend you don't know he's alive! Dance with others and have a good time, blow him off and he'll come around I'll bet! Sometimes when they know they got ya, the challenge is gone, play Little harder to get, try it it works.
