You need a professional medical diagnosis.

Log off and go to your nearest emergency room. It could be very serious.

Well....chances are you have been feeling bad before now.... When Lance Armstrong started coughing blood it meant he had Cancer. And the good news is He BEAT IT..!!!!! But you have to see a Doctor RIGHT AWAY ..because "Time is of the essence". Plz? it may just be "Pleurisy" ... (is very treatable) or something. But If it is worse then the faster they treat it the faster you are YOU . And if it is some sort of cancer and even if it is not you really should read Lance Armstrong's book.....it is soooooooooooo inspirational and informative.

The symptom of coughing up blood needs to be distinguished from the more general symptom of blood in sputum, where blood may come from other causes than coughing (e.g. nasal bleeding, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.). Both coughing blood or blood in sputum are potentially very serious symptoms that need prompt professional medical attention; Suddenly coughing blood or coughing large amounts of blood is a medical emergency
u should contact your Doctor right now

You could have coughed too hard and broken a small vessel in your stomach or esophagus.I wouldn't worry unless it's alot of blood then you might have an ulcer.

a quick trip to the hospital is necessary. just to make sure you are not bleeding internally......the dizziness and the coughing of blood are not a good combo....are you passing dark stool too?

obviously your food intake has not been optimal.
not enough food, or too much, and the wrong type.
for safety you should get a blood test.
and eat better food.
until then, a disprin tablet in a glass of water may help.

Go see a doctor. Your life is more important than the medical bill.

Bet the ER can answer that since that is where you should be right now not here asking random people this question.
