Until now there are still U.S troops in Iraq. There must be something that G.Bush is trying to hide from the public. Maybe because of the oil in the Middle East countries? Could be a possiblity that he wants it!

Because he does almost every time he talks, he claims that since we are fighting them over there, we don't have to fight them on American soil. Which is a half truth because, Al- Queada is not an organisation which is concentrated in one country and does not use the same operatives for attacks overseas as they do in western nations such as America or Europe, and Al- Queada's leadership and main support comes from other countries besides Iraq, just as it's always been. In other words, if you kill Zarqawi as we have done, that is only going to take away from Al- Queada's ability to attack within Iraq, but as for the rest of the world, the organisation's abilities remain unchanged. It seems that many American's can either not comprehend this or they prefer to believe something different. Let's just hope that our people that are fighting the terrorists are not prone to such delusions, which thankfully, they are not. Whatever you do don't listen to the fools that just want to make believe like everything the administration has told us about the war is accurate, do your own research and come up with your own answers. Those who dare say that an American practicing his right to question his government at anytime is unpatriotic are just folks that have no questions because they either believe it's not their duty or they don't have all the facts and just don't care anymore. Don't let cowards and fools prevent you from doing your American duty. We need real Americans now more than ever.

Why is it the people who are seditiously trying to undermine our country never listen when he gave ALL the reasons for attacking Iraq after Saddam repeatedly broke the cease fire from the first Gulf War.
Pretense? Don't you think hiding your undermining of our country behind this country is a bit more of a pretense than President Bush giving multiple reasons and you ignore all but one?
Your behavior is seditious. Yes, you have free speech. So do we. Expect us to answer such behavior. Some of us are still Patriots and don't undermine our country or make derogatory statements about our elected officials where the whole world can see. Do you do the same with your family?

if he had given the exact reasons, which had to do with pre-emption and ideas smacking of hegemony, neither congress nor the american people would have supported him. There was little or no evidence that Iraq was involved in 9-11, not had WMD, nor was anywhere near being receptive to having democracy injected into their culture. for the run-up to the war, there had to be a more palatable rationale given for the invasion, one which spoke of patriotism, democracy, self-defense, etc. This is how the war was sold. Was it a complete fabrication? There is indeed quite a bit of evidence thats supports this theory, and there may in fact be impeachment procedings against bush and others for falsifying intel presented to congress, outing cia officers, covering up political retribution, and mis-use of power. but regardless of the legality issues, it is very clear why untruthful reasons were used in order to go to war: bush and other neo-conservatives would never have gotten their war.

The majority of people have tunnel vision, and are brain washed with the productions of the government presented to the public via mass media!! The truth would scare the crap out of you.....ECONOMY!!!!!! Iraq will become a staging ground for many of the events that will unfold in the future.. READ,, THINK,, INVESTIGATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not agree with bush for going into Iraq but now that he did we cannot leave until finish our mission there. IF we do pull out now there is a chance Iraq will become a terrorist safe haven and we might end up going back to Iraq. Bush is not the best leader in the world his dad was better.

What do you believe is the "right reason" for deploying American troops to support or defend anyone, even in America? Many presidents before G. Bush have determined to dispatch American military units to "protect and defend'.
America, and people who call themselves "Americans" have fanticized they are a "world power", and are capable of shaping, even altering, world events.
The Holocaust is powerful evidence that world leaders have not exacted their influence on catastrophic annihilation. The U.S., England, Russia, France, and other Axis powers were aware of conditions in Germany long before "war" was declared on Germany. Many "expatriates" chose to remain in Germany.
"War Mongers" have, and will continue, to thrive. The only hope the "average" American citizen has is to research the candidates who are being elected to represent us, support those whose beliefs we support, and VOTE!

Okay quite listening to the Liberals and start looking at all the rights the Arabs have here and get away with flying planes into buildings using anthrax and everything else. Most of the crybaby Liberals are as brainwashed as the raghead insurgents.

I think it is a matter of reason that you are not in a position to be asking this question until you state a logical question that can be answered, not just your own opinion. If he did tell you the exact figure, gave the war plans and briefed you everyday, tell me how you would make a difference?

Well American, EU, Russian, Chinese, Arab/Persian, religious, corporate, and ... bosses/leaders have a great deal in common with each other these days.
FIRST: They are all profit politicians (what's in it for them). They don't give a ****-care about humanity beyond their friends and family.
SECOND: They are natural scam-artist, faux-patriots, fake-prophets, vapor-heroes, pseudo-leaders, virtual-gods, ... sociopathic-personalities.
THIRD: Dogmatic-fools and colloquial-literates like being told what to believe and then mindlessly acting in the will of the earth-bound false-gods.
