Keep a little glass of Listerine on the nightstand and simply spit your gum into it each night before bedtime. In the morning *voila* instant fresh breath!!!! Just keep recycling the same gum...the Listerine should kill all that nasty bacteria! If your honey is feeling extra sweet on you in the morning...no worries, you'll be a burst of minty fresh!!

Freshen Up Chewing Gum

I have the perfect answer for this question. Growing up with 5 sisters taught me the answer to everything in this department. First of all, make sure a mouse hasn't taken or tasted the gum, then thro it in the garbage and open a new piece of chewing gum. If you are too cheap to :replace" the chewing gum daily, its not a hard item to steal.

( Does Your Chewing Gum Lose It's Flavor On The Bedpost Overnight )
Lyrics: Billy Rose & Marty Bloom
Music: Ernest Breuer, 1924

Oh me, oh my, oh you;
I don't know what to do
Hallelujah, the question is peculiar
It's got me on the go
I'd give a lot of dough
If someone here would tell me
Is it yes or is it no

Does the spearmint lose its flavor
On the bedpost over night?
If you chew it in the morning
Will it be too hard to bite
Can't you see I'm going crazy,
Won't somebody put me right
Does the spearmint lose its flavor
On the bedpost over night?

The nation rose as one,
And sent its fav'rite son
To the White House,
This mighty country's lighthouse
He saw the President; he said that
"I've been sent
To solve the burning question
That involves the continent."

Willy says: "That Depends on what "Lose" means"

Does the spearmint lose its flavor
On the bedpost over night?
If you pull it out like rubber
Will it snap right back and bite?
If you paste it on the left side
Will you find it on the right?
Does the spearmint lose its flavor
On the bedpost over night?

Here comes the blushing bride;
The "boob" right by her side
To the altar, as steady as Gibraltar

The bridegroom has the ring;
It's such a pretty thing
He puts it on her finger
And the choir begins to sing

Does the spearmint lose its flavor
On the bedpost over night?
Would you use it on your collar
When your button's not in sight?
Put your hand beneath your seat
And you will find it there all right
Does the spearmint lose its flavor
On the bedpost over night?

Does your chewing gum lose its flavor on the bedpost over night? An age old question. Just stick with me. What kind of gum would the Fu Man chew? Is gum transported on chew chew trains? I saw an infomercial on TV where there is a flavor injector one can buy from Ronco that will inject minty fresh flavors back into tired limp lumps of rubbery gum deposits. Just inject it and set it down. Just set it and......FORGET IT! Chew on that for awhile, even if it does seem hard to swallow.

Drop it in a glass with your favorite cold drink for a minute or two. You'll find refreshed and with a new flavor sensation.

Caution- Use this technique with hot or warm drinks at your own risk. Results may be less that satisfactory.
