the most unusal toppinf ive put on my salad is actually a combnation of dijoon mustard, shiraka spice which are very rare but u shoud be able to get at any organic food store, olive oil and vinegar u now the drill but the shiraka and the dijon work amazingly!!!

I had a salad a couple of weeks ago with tiny potatoes, bacon and wee cubes of black pudding. It was topped with a poached egg. Sounds gross, but it was v yummy
