I had a friend who died three times and came back twice (third time's the charm I guess) She was a working artist for many years. She was one of the most remarkable and memorable people I've ever known. Both times when she came back, she said she saw Jesus, and heaven... She came back with really beautiful and original songs which she said she heard there. Her face just seemed to glow, even though she was in pain, physically, for years before she died.
A truly, remarkable woman. Knowing her really encouraged me in my faith, and not just because of the miracles (there were others). Her attitude under the pressure of suffering and her loving character showed me the face of Jesus. She extended herself to me when I needed it [and her husband, too]. I'll never forget that.

There was a study in a medical magazine that shows those kind of near-death astral-projection experiences are created in the brain. If you are interested in it though, check out the movie "Life after Life" or "Life After Death", I can't remember which it is, but there is also a book which the movie is based upon.

Most near death situation all seem to be about same so based on that alone I trust there is a hereafter

Yes, There scary.
I almost drowned,but it felt like i was just there.I panicked on the inside but I was saking deeper on the outside.

I've never had one personally, but they do fascinate me. I've read some really compelling stories about them. It makes me wonder what people who don't believe in God experience in those near-death occurrences.

My best friend had one at a car accident where she was pronounced dead. She left her body and looked down and could see herself. It had a profound affect on her.

There is still much unknown about the human brain, we have not unlocked. I believe there is something though. to many people are reporting it.

I have... most of the time in Church from testimonies from Docs. who were puzzled...Oh and a guy at my church was pronounced dead and he lived....
