It depends. I used to have very long hair but I live where the weather goes up to 122 degrees during the summer so I had it cut short. It's feminine and I still look like a lady. People tell me that I look lots better with short hair. :)

There are guys that really like long hair, my fiancee thought he did I tried growing it out again and he said that he liked me better with short hair. :)

I have long light brown hair and guys comment on it pretty often. If it helps, I've had a few say it's sexy because it covers my breasts and that's attractive to them. Some also think it's just pretty and long hair makes you look more feminine rather than shorter like a guy's haircut.
