Never heard of chicken and grits before. It does sound good, though. Do you deliver?

Grits w/ gravy is southern,I think, and makes it less like breakfast to me.

I agree with 1st answer, you need a veggie to make a full course meal. How about some collard greens? I've found Glory food's (pre cooked& seasoned) greens to be tasty & work well if crunched for time. They're canned. Just heat & eat.

If your goin' for the greens, cornbread or sweet potatoes might work better than the grits.

Chicken is good for lunch and dinner, but grits are mostly good for breakfast. I would say, it would be alright.
