Many Girls I know tell me that I'm always very cocky.
What exactly does this mean or imply?

it means they think you're overly confident or full of yourself. it's not always a bad thing, I like really confident guys.

Definitely doesn't refer to your crotch. I would assume that you probably have a sharp tongue, are very confident, maybe not too aware of what others are thinking? Cocky can be a good thing if it's genuinely funny.

It just means that you're over-confident and sometimes inconsiderate and egotistical. Women love that though, so you shouldn't have a problem. Tell them, "Well, thanks for the compliment." , the next time a woman tells you that.

that u think ur so manly and u probably seem to admire urself alot...which isnt that good of a quality.....cuz it means u want attention. u probably tend to think ur always rite so try to not act lik that.
