Racism stems from psychological needs for dominance and control which were absent when growing up (that is not having control or unconditonal love in your environment.)
The important thing is you're not that way. It should be the same way for everyone, but be proud of yourself. I am.
Thanks for posting the question.

Don't confuse racism or hate with prejudice... I make (racist?) jokes all the time based on (negative) stereotypes. I think it's healthy and funny. I can take a joke and laugh at myself also. There is nothing wrong with poking fun at the little idiosyncrasies of our races or religions, - just as long as we realize that it is not based on hate, rather acceptance. (or tolerance)- for those of us with a weaker stomach.
Sure it's easier to get away with telling jokes or mimicking a group, when we are a part of that group. - but why need it stop there? These days people have their heads so far up their asses, they cannot differentiate humour from hate. Yes, most will argue that because I appear to be a white male, that I'm advantaged or immune from this type of scenario. Fact is that I have a disability, and am of mixed race.
Unless remarks made are born of hate, and intended to be hurtful, there is nothing wrong this behaviour. It is what makes us who we are, and is laughable. And yes, there will always be ignorant *****, who don't know the difference.
Lighten up people... life's too short.

Because everyone thinks that they are better than others. But little do they know that we are created by the same GOD and we are all created equal through GOD. But people don't understand that because now a days they don't have a christian belief what so ever. They believe upon themselves so they are creating a GOD upon themselves that is the reason why they think of being better than others. Thats were the racist part comes in. So don't worry one day we meaning all races will come upon the lords throne and we will have to answer to him. Each and everyone of us.

It doesn't matter who you are, what color you are, what nationality you are, or religion...If you find enough points to poke at someone, you will find something about another culture that people don't like. It is part of life, but most people can control their fears of the unknown to not be "racist"

So many people are ignorant and become fearful of other people or people who are different that they are. They need someone to blame for failings or mistakes. People who appear different are easy targets because they are easy to identify and are often minorites and have less political or economic power so they make even easier targets beacuse they are politically or economically weak. It is an ignorant bully mentality hiding behind political or religious dogma.

Egocentrism, fear of the other's values changing yours or diluting you culture, fear of change. Please realize the only reason you are white is because when your ancestors migrated north only those with skin light enough to absorb the sun's rays survived. It's evolution. And we all descended from the same chimps.
