No, I don't think EVERY woman in her 20's is very healthy. I think it depends on the lifestyle you live. I think by excersising regularly, eating well, drinking lots of water, and getting a healthy amount of sleep is how you maintain daily, physical health. Also, by staying active mentally and finding things you enjoy doing, you are at less risk of mental illness, which plays a huge role in physical health later on. Bottom line, keep everything in moderation.

Not every woman in her 20s is automatically healthy. Some women can have chronic diseases like diabetes or HIV; others can have cancer or high blood pressure. A healthy woman is one who is relatively fit (ie can walk distances without panting,) has no or well-controlled chronic diseases, and has normal blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

many things..no not all are...you can pretty much assess that.. if they are taking care of themselves..it shows..slightly chunky is good.. or what I call a "real woman's figure"...
