This question has gone a week without an answer. Best advice is to call the trash hauling companies in your area and get the prices. $508-$700 so make sure to shop around. Do yourself a favor and find a contractor who does insurance work and ask them who they use for the drop off cans(dumpsters) Most contractors who perform insurance work use several dumpster providers and they normally won't mind sharing this info with you.
