My ex was my first true love and it seems that since me and my current boyfriend got into an arguement that my ex is trying to work things out with me. I am very confused and don't know what to do. People say I should just stay with my current boyfriend but at times my heart says go back to your ex boyfriend. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Learning to love someone when your heart is actually with someone else is truly more easily said than done. Even if your present boyfriend really loves you a lot treats you right and doesnt hurt you, if you really love your ex, there's not much you can do to change your feelings because feelings cannot be reasoned with. Try to determine whether you really love your ex or your just fond of the idea of having him back. If you end up saying that you really love your ex, go back to him BUT break it gently to your present boyfriend. It may sound unfair to your present boyfriend but it would be better in the long run because if you stay with him despite loving someone else, you wont be able to give your all. on the other hand, if you realize that you love your present boyfriend, stay with him and tell your ex that you have found the person you truly love. Whichever you decide to do, remember that if you dont love wholly, madly and deeply, what you're doing is just a waste of your time.

It's because you still have some feelings for your ex. He hurt you and you two split up for that reason i assume. You've got a new boyfriend that you say loves, so why ruin a good thing? Stick with the one you got now and if you two don't make it together, your ex will be there waiting possibly down the road.

if u realy love the one u r with stay with him about your ex if u have the feel that if u do go back out with him he will hurt u again then don't go back out with him stay with the one that love's u good luck

Love is a very complicated thing. You should figure out what in life you actually want and decide which of the two could actually provide those things.

Who do u love most? Who acts and treat u right and how much does he love and care about u. If you know the answer to this questions the u would know who to pick.

of course you are always going to love your first love. try thinking about why you still want to be with him. is it worth breaking up with your currnet boyfriend to be with him? if your ex boyfriend was mean to you or hurt you then he's not worth your time or patience.

stay with the one that loves you. if your ex-boyfriend hurt you why would you go back to him? he'll probably end up hurting you again.

you should ask yourself who you love most.....give yourself some time to think and weigh your feelings for both of them....after doing so, you choose who among them you really cannot live without and go for it...good luck.
