Jesus' own words prove he was a false prophet. Two-thousand years ago Jesus said his return would be witnessed within a generation by those to whom he spoke in an era when life expectancy was approximately 45 years. Failing to fulfill his prophecy of a second coming makes Jesus a false prophet.

Jesus was Genuine in the Sense that he preached what he genuinly believed. He was mistaken rather than false. The falsehods preached in his name by suceeding generations of christians are not his fault.

You are confusing what people wrote down that Jesus said with what he probably really did say. The modern Bible is a creation of one single pope at the Diet of Nicea in the 7th century. Of course, he left out anything that would cause people to think that they could actually go to God on their own, and not through a priest, a saint or the Virgin Mary. That's why there was a reformation with Martin Luther. Of course, that didn't do much, either, since all the "Protestant" religions still use the same truncated Bible.

Jesus was a prophet, but not a divine being as is being falsely told by Christians. The books that make up the bible have been altered to create a falsehood and deceive all who read it.

and you have something to back this up. as in a place to look it up in the Bible?

I would love to look it up.

nice try you take one verse in one chapter and draw a conclusion. means very little unless you read the rest of the chapter.

instead of looking for one verse you really should try reading the entire bible it makes more sense in whole and you might just learn something.
