Well, as a coward, no...LOL just kidding. I do have these silly fantasies that I could go back in time with some modern weapons and body armor and kick some tail...hehe

The guy above me wanted to fly P-51s to escort B-27s. Well being a war historian I would like to see that B-27 cause they didn't exist. Being a infantry man during WW2 does not sound to glamorous to me. If you were wounded there was no "Chinook" gonna fly you out to a field hospital. Being a Marine during the island hopping campaign of the Pacific also doesn't sound very good. Can't imagine what it was like for our boys to take Iwo Jima or Okinowa. Or a submariner in them tin cans back then. Or a waist gunner on a B-17 flying over German stronghold but I guess if you had a cushy job it might have been cool other than that can't see it sorry.

i wish i wear a fighter pilot flyin the P51 Mustang, the sweetest bird to fly, excorting the B27 over germany, and shooting down the germans. not only that but the british woman i would bang, grrrr. ahh the 40s were a differnet time but as a 24 yr old i would have no idea, the world today is to chaotic
