Sounds like violent threats.1)they have to get a beating.2)Burn(the)man--then ride (the) man behind(=anal violation or mutilation) rasklaat could be some primal evil brain level overdrive statement or somebody's immune system trying to protect them selves from violence.

and 2) .... I don't know, I'll have to find out. But 'rasklaat' is a severe insult and if you wanna stay out of trouble, don't say it out loud in public.

I'm guessing that they come from a creole of English.

In that case, the first one means something like, 'they have to get a beating.' I don't know about the second.
