this guy that i like asked me to hang out with him and some friends a few days ago. i told him i'd meet him at school when he gets out of class at 12:30. at 12 he calls and asks if i was on my way. then he says that he got out of class at 10 and had already hung out and now he's going home. then he says that next week he wants to go to six flags and that we have to. how should i take this?

I wouldn't take offense because at least he called and maybe while waiting he became tired. If he didn't offer another place to go with you, then I would say he is trying to avoid you. Go have fun at six flags he is only trying to make it up for disappointing you.

I would not go tell him you have something else to do or something. Then you set up the hanging out, the time and place if he shows then it was a honest mistake and don't give up on him. But if he is late or makes up some kind of excuse then forget about him!

Tell him that you will meet him at six flags, and then you call him and tell him that you were already there and you hung, and then you went home.

he should have called to let you know he was out and invited you. but still, go to six flags and see what happens.
