age?location?experience? how can some straner give you advice on getting a job with out knowing a few things about ya dear?

You have skills and there are employers who need what you have. If you are having trouble finding an employer, go to your local employment office. The government wants you to have work (and pay taxes) and they'll help to match you with an employer.

Don't think that you can't find a job. You can. Take all of the help you can from people around you. Start by talking to your parents.

Look in the classifieds, get the website of some places you would like to work and see if they have any openings, go to a temp agency and ask around.

If you have an idea of what you want to do, type up a letter that you can cold canvas to everyone in your area with a copy of your resume. You can either post them or even better, hand deliver them so you know it was actually received.
