What should I do?

I have my hair in yarn twists and I am about to take them out. It is summer so I want my hair to breathe but I don't get perms (all natural thanx). I dont want to apply any heat so what should I do?

You may lose alot of hair once you've taken them out. Wash your hair & gently massage your scalp, then let it dry naturally.
