it helps if you look in the mirror and think about all the good things about yourself. if your really insecure about your weight exercise and eat healthy.Big bones dont make you fat either.

im sure your not fat
i hate it when people
say there is no such thing as big bones
there is, thats why the usual weight
that your supposed to weight is not
always correct, because different people
have different body types, more/less muscle ect.
me and my best friend are like totally opposite
she comes from a family of really tiny people
and i come from a family of tall
not fat but not skinny people
my cousin has no fat on her body but
is still thick i guess you could say
because her bone mass is bigger than my best friends
you might have the same amount of fat
on your body as someone else
and your arm maybe bigger and longer than theres
therfor provin that you must have somethin
that they dont, bigger bones
maybe you drink more milk who knows

but i get very upset when people try
and say theres no such thing as big boned
just fat... cuz thats not always true

I am big boned too. Just make sure you diet and exercise and realize the fact that you will never be a twig. But hey, that's a good thing.. Be proud of what you have. You can't dwell on something like that.. it will take over your life.

Big bones huh? I thought people lose bone mass with age... not gain it. Exercise and lose those "big bones" you have extra.

its actually proven that some people have more bone mass than others. but w/e. it also has to do with muscle mass as well. go to the doctor and figure out what is healthy for you. everybody is different.

Diet and exorcise its the easiest way ask your Doctor and see if you can find a great diet!!!
