Cookin' Oil ( use Canola or grape seed)
1 onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can (a medium can) tomaotes
2 large cans kidney beans
1/2 cup cold water
3 Tablespoons flour
3 fresh chili peppers
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon soy sauce ( I use a chunky salsa, myself)
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt (or less)
Brown the onion, meat and bell pepper. Add the tomatoes and beans. Then in a blender, combine flour, water, and chili peppers. Then blend until the peppers are chopped well, adding to cili with the remaining ingredients; simmer 30 minutes more. Serves 4.
I have some other great ones, too.

1 lb. ground beef, turkey, or chicken
2-16 oz cans each of diced tomatoes and
kidney beans
2-6oz or 1-12 oz can(s) of tomato paste
1 small can of diced green chilis (you won't need this if you've gotten the tomatoes w/ the chilis already in them)
1 small or medium size onion-diced
1 tblspn chili powder*
1/8 tspn cayenne pepper*
*can be adjusted to taste depending on just how hot you want it
1 tblspn Italian seasoning (optional)
Brown and drain meat; put all ingredients in a 6 qt pot and blend thoroughly; simmer for about 45-60 min... Enjoy.
It's also great in the crock pot. Same as above and cook on medium heat for a few hours. It brings out the flavor nicely.
