why do most of americans believe that 9 11 was made by muslims?

9 11 is a terrorist attack it killed a lot of innocent people, but why do u think muslims did it? why do u believe what ur government says? it all could be a lie,just think again of the whole issue,

i dont agree with osama bin laden , cant u see that he's an enemy of islam himself? he made all people hate islam, i think he's just a big fake lie a way to make islam look bad to all people by enimies of islam who used him in the name of islam and made all those terrorism attacks against innocent people

I don't think they did without the knowledge and funding from the U.S. government.
Remember, since the "collapse" of the Soviet Union in 1989,(we had been giving them grain since the 1970s to keep them from collapsing), there was no real perceived threat to the safeyt of the U.S. This is not good for defense contractors as it is difficult to convince the public of the need without the perceived threat.
If you have ever seen, there is no actual evidence a plane hit the pentagon(I saw an investigative report, no plane in any photo).
Though the planes really hit world trade ctr, I really believe the attacks served to consolidate the hatred that both sides (West/East) were looking for to keep the focus of their masses off of the fat that their leaders areusing them as pawns(as they have always done), in a hatefilled world, so as to get rich off of the weapons dealing that goes on continually making them richer.
Anyway, thats the way I see it.

The politicians and religious leaders have been lying for years.
Nothing will change until God steps in and puts an end to it.

Of course muslims didn't do it. The WTC first building fell because a truck delivery guy backed into one of the pillars in the underground garage, and caused it collapse. The other one came down because the irrisponsible mayor said " we can't have this, they are supposed to be matching pair", and ordered the demolition of the other building. (( SARCASIM ))
The WTC was targeted in the ninetys by muslim extremist.
It only makes sense that they would try again.
There are actual live witnesses that saw the plane fly into the pentagon.
Muslim extremist are an embarrasment to the Islamic faith. But, if you look at the fact that they have taken over Somalia, you can't say it is just a minute number of Muslims that live on the extreme side of the religion.
If you look at the history of the Muslims, at least in the last fourty years or so, the extreme movement has grown by leaps and bounds. THey started the plane hijacking method of terror, they have hijacked cruise ships and singled out Americans for death, they bombed the marine barracks in Beruit, they killed Anwar Sadat, they killed the athletes at the olympics, they keep breaking peace agreements with Israel, they vow to wipe Israel off the map, They killed men women and children in Jordan, Asia, Spain, England And they killed three thousand american men, and women on 9/11. If you want to believe that it is all a lie, then you have the freedom to do as you please. I personally believe what I see, and on 9/11 on tv i saw film of one plane, and one i believe was live fly into the WTC. The muslim extremist, Bin Laden laid claim to the attack, in the Name of Allah. Who are we to question his faith? They do it all the time.

They believe it because it is what they were told by their government. I'm sure there are some who believe it was propagated by all muslims, however it is a fact that there are extremist groups who are very vocal about their hatred towards western society, specifically the US, so it isn't completely unfounded, I don't think.

There are others that believe that 9-11 was orchestrated completely by the US government so that George W. would have something to base his presidency on. It is a fact that there has not been one republican in office that has not participated in some kind of war act and it usually boosts their popularity with the american people.

I guess everyone has to draw their own conclusions because we will never know the real truth or the whole truth.

But like another respondent stated, we should get past 9-11 and get on with our lives.

Think others have answered your question. It is proven that the Islamic radicals were behind the attack of 911 that killed close to 3000 people from 80 countries, not just from America. Even the muslims in the country of the United States have apologized for the actions of their radical brothers. Why do you muslims deny the fact your sect of religion is a false one?

The reason I believe that the 9/11 terrorist attacks were made by Muslims is that (1) no Catholic terrorist organization stepped forward and claimed responsibility for the attacks, and (2) a Muslim terrorist organization did.

We have tapes of cell phone calls from some of the victims on the airplanes! We have security videos from the airports showing known terrorists of the Islamic faith boarding the airplanes! Most Americans believe that the attacks were carried out by Muslims because there is overwhelming evidence that they were!

So with or without US assistance or any other groups assistance, people are going to blame Bin Laden and his....group of ppl which happen to be Muslims. But not all Muslims want to blow up buildings. It is not a propaganda, I believe. I think it is true, and that is why the US can pinpoint withink a week who has the capability to do such a big plan attack, and the answer is Al Qaeda. And Al Qaeda is a muslim radical. If you still do not believe, then you need to watch the video from Bin Laden or his high ranking accomplish threatening to attack America again.
