You would be justified in being mad - but why bother? If you have to ask you probably don't have a lot of feelings invested anyway. Go out on your own. See a movie, have a drink. That will cheer you up.

You're either mad or you're not mad. Someone else shouldn't be deciding for you if something that happened to you SHOULD make you mad.
Figure out if you're mad. Then, think about why you are or aren't.
If someone stood me up, I'd be mad because I went to the trouble of being fixed up for nothing. Then, it would be time to decide what to do about it.
Often, its best just to let things like that settle of a while without doing anything.

Write him off and just let it go! Enjoy time with other friends or family and yes, you have a reason to be upset, but I'm sure it's nothing personal.
