Try to nap when they do. Ask and accept help from others- ppl love babies! Have you looked into a support group for parents of multiples? Others who are or have gone through it will certainly have many "tricks" they could share! Look for some info online. In a few months ( which I realize seems like an eternity ) they will have a schedule - try to work on getting into a routine- and you will again get the sleep you need. You have 2 precious gifts from nature! Anything in this world that is wonderful isn't without sacrifice! Good luck!

first of all i want to congradulate you on the birth of your twins. i think thats wonderful! anyways, i think that just like you and me many women are going through this. when i had my little girls ( one is two months and the other is one and a half now) i had a hard time with that too. but me and my husband worked it out in the sense that he was really attentive. i took care of the kids and all throughout the week and on the weekend a day or two he'd let me get my sleep and he'd mind the kids. i caught up on my sleep( i slept in the other bed room) and the kids were watched so it was all good. i hope this helps.

Try sleeping when they are sleeping, even if it means that dinner will be late that night. Tell your husband that you are really sleep deprived and ask for help. If you have your mom or a friend that can look after them for a while, do it, too.
You cannot function properly if you are tired all the time. If you are nursing, try to feed one after the other, and go to sleep as soon as they do.

First off is Dad helping? And don't give me "HE WORKS" nonsense. You have a much harder job than he and need help. Second get those babies on a schedule and stay on it, no matter what. If you do this life will be a lot easier for you.

Well, the best thing to do is make sure that when they go down for their naps, you do too! Trust me, it'll save alot of sleepless nights.
