The nature of your question is VERY disturbing. The answer to your question is insignificant. What is significant is that you are concerned about it. You need to discuss your concerns about your body, your weight and your diet with someone who can give you good information and help you work through some issues.

Good luck.

Not very many. Orange soda probably has about 160 cals and no fat. The fork full of pot roast doesn't count. You can't count cals that small...LOL and the cottage cheese is low cal and low fat.

If that's all you ate, you're out of your mind. If you starve yourself, you're only going to get fatter. Your body will go into starvation mode and shut down, therefore no cals will be burned at all.
