First of all, have your parents take you to a doctor. There may be a reason for your weight other than your eating habits.

Second, see a nutritionist. Eat the right foods. An amount of "junk food" is ok, but as a treat, not as the norm.

Third, cut out things like soda and koolaide. Drink more water. Even Gatorade has too many calories for normal drinking habits. Trust me, if you switch to water instead of the other stuff, you will loose fat fairly quickly.

Fourth, muscle weighs 5 times what fat does. How active are you? Are you involved in a lot of sports? If not, then you may want to get more active. It isn't weight that matters as much as your body fat percentage. At your age, you should be shooting for 14-16 percent. If you are over 20%, you need to exercise. No amount of dieting is going to cut that fat off of you. You'll loose weight, but after 3 days, your body will start to burn muscle instead of fat to survive. Your body fat percentage will then increase. That is the exact opposite of what you want to do. All successful diets will say to use them along with a healthy and active exercise program. Everybody ignores that part.

go on a diet at 11,not good . Try excersising playing basketball ,things that increase your heartbeat. If you must diet to shed some pounds I suggest you don't eat red meat, pasta, bread ,or anything with high sugar content. Avoid foods with high fruitcose corn syrup and whose sugar content is above 6grams per serving . Do some push-ups or situps or chin-ups they will help . Remember flour made foods are not all good for you when trying to shed some pounds ,the flour turns to sugar when digested and if you are a inactive person who sits around eating potato chips and watching T.V all the time your putting your health at risk. Try avoid drinking soda , try green tea( unsweetened) it's good for you and may help you shed the pounds the natural way o.k?

Don't go on a diet just stop eating bad food like potato chips, fast food, soda, ya know all the really good tasting stuff!

Join some sports too like Baseball, basketball, volleyball, track and field, it'll help burn some of the calories your eating!
Tell your mom and dad if you really feel self conscious about it!

My cousin was really heavy when she was that age and now she's over 6 feet tall, so her body was just preparing for her height.

Eat until you are full and not beyond that and be content with who you are and you will be fine.
