Jello Puddin' Poops
Use Jello or another generic gelatin product and place in someone's toilet late at night (you need to give the gelatin some time to harden). Or you could put this in a public toilet somewhere also. Lemon gelatin works well as does clear gelatin.
Once the gelatin hardens, the person who does the poopin will be surprised when they find their tootsie rolls sitting on top a solid but jiggly mass inside the toilet.
This is a good gag because no harm is done to anyone's property since the gelatin needs only to be broken up in order to flush.

A gelatin mold should be made with Knox Unflavored Gelatin and red food coloring. One would think that a flavorless food would not be at all difficult to swallow, but believe me, from the looks of people who inserted cold masses of gelatinous glop into a mouth that was expecting sweets, the experience is unexplainably horrifying! Some claimed to be nauseated by the feel of it; others politely swallowed.

im so fat even my jello cracks on me the other day it grabbed me by the arms started shaking me and said "hey guys watch him jiggle"
