My old friend thought it was real, I didnt beleive her, but is it?

It is real and to correct another answerer below, it isn't Wicca.
Not all witches are Wiccan, Wicca is a modern day by-product of witchcraft.
Nor to correct another answerer is it the work of satan. We witches and Pagans do not acknowledge satan, who is merely a christian invention. If we are not christian, I don't see how we can be accused of worshipping a christian entity.
Witchcraft is very real, it is all around us. Magick is everyday, plants growing, gravity, babies being born.... life is magickal and beautiful.

Witchcraft is real. It is using satan's power to impose a person's will on someone else. Some people even worship satan and practice witchcraft as a religion.
However, Jesus has more power than the devil. When Jesus died on the cross, He defeated satan and all the demons. After rising from the dead, he gave every Christian power over the devil. He said, "I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you."
(Note he was speaking to Christians in this verse)
If you have never surrendered your life to Christ, you can do that right now, thereby becoming a Christan. Just tell God you are sorry for the bad things you have done, and that you receive Christ's sacrifice on the cross as taking your penalty so that you receive forgiveness for your sins. Tell Him that you want to make him the Highest Leader of your life.
Then you will have power over any witchcraft that comes against you.

Yes, witchcraft is real. It is actually just ceremony and at times a way of life. MAGIC isn't real and neither are the "effects" of these ceremonies.... but the act itself is real. There have been many witches (wicca) over the generations, none that could do actual magic (yet some of their herbs could create some interesting physical effects).

Yes witchcraft is very real. It's actually the Devil working thru witches and warlocks. It's very evil and against the Lord.

Yes, it's real. It is a religion that is practiced by thousands of people all over the world. It is not evil or bad and is nothing like what you see in the movies.

yes it's real and satan in the leader of it try to find a book from mike warkne he was a high priest who is now a minister and u will understand a lot about it. Sorry I don't know the name of the book.

It's real but it's really called "Wicca" & it's nothing like how tv portrays it in "Charmed" or "the Craft" with the magic and stuff they can do.
I think it's one of those things that only works if you believe it does & when people do that their deluding themseves.

depends on what you're talking about. if you're referring to witchcraft as in the show charmed (like flying around and freezing things), no, it's not. it you are talking about pagan religions, yes, it is.
