These days who is not mixed with something, I have 5 BEAUTIFUL mixed kids. I would just build your kids self esteem and confidence and tell them not to care what other kids are saying. I know it will be hard if that time comes (I know, I was picked on and I was not mixed I was in a school were a white girl did not fit). Just be there for your kids no matter what, my mother was not and I dropped out of school at 15, please do not let that happened to your kids just be there for them let them know that they are the best thing in this world.

I have a child with mixed races, it depends on the neighborhood and the school. If the adults have never left their neighborhoods in lets say 10 generations you may have problems, cause kids just repeat what adults say. But if you live in a neighborhood with open minds and more of a traveled around the world experienced life the children are nicer to the world. I have lived in both.

I dont think on account o them being mixed race.Maybe other issues like if they stsmmer, are slow learners, are "too swotty" could cause probs they normally do in school, but hopefully if they go to a well organised school this type of prob will be ironed out quickly

If they go to a German school in Germany, they will be made fun of...guaranteed. Your guidance is very crucial. Explain to them the possibility of this ahead of time. It's so important that they are intellectually superior, because it's a good way to gain respect among prejudiced people.

My children are bi-racial and bi-cultural and have never been made fun of. Keep them strong in their cultural traditions. If they have good self esteem they will be fine. Besides, race is not the only thing kids poke fun of, so just love them and make them confident individuals.

I'd say 100%--not because they're mixed race, but because children will find a way to make fun of anybody, anytime, for any reason.

There is a good chance, unfortunately. Teach your children that those type of people are ignorant and they should feel sorry for them and ignore them. Make your children proud of who they are.

They should not have problems and if they do it will be dealt with quickly. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Biracial children are often very attractive and popular in school.
