To be loved is something.
To love and to be loved is everything.
Do you know that very few people have the 3rd? If he loves you very much, he might make a great husband and you will get to appreciate and admire him for his merits. You actually have better chances for long term happiness with someone who loves you very much.
But don't confuse love with control. Does he love you or does he want to control you? Try to figure him out and give yourself some time. If you definitely don't want to be intimate with him, tell him, so he can go on with his life and love someone else, other than you.

You're dating a grade schooler? Anyway, just be as honest and direct as you can. It's not easy, but it's way better to do it sooner than later. Just say, "I think you're a cool person, but I just don't have those feelings. I'm really sorry, because you're nice." Don't trash the ego, either. Make it short and sweet and you'll feel much better about it once it's done.

That very same thing happended 2 me. I just told him things wernt going very well and I have to break up with u. Make sure u let him ask questions though like "why" and u have to answer them very well.

COMMUNICATION is very very important. Tell him that you need to talk to him about something that is important to you (but don't make is sound like someone is sick in your family or something....)
Meet up with him somewhere and tell him how you have been feeling about your relationship (that you do not have as strong of feelings for him as he does for you).
Do not brake up with him over the phone! (he can get really really heartbroken).
