I didn't see anything about a fair in Alabama. I put a link below to contact people that are members of the Basset Hound Club of America. One lives in Birmingham, two in Cullman and another in Wetumpka.

You could e-mail them or call them. They probably know everything happening in Birmingham regarding the 'hounds!
