Depressed? Yes once in high school for a couple of months, it was like being in a mental and spiritual hole. After recognizing that was the problem with myself it took a conscious effort on my part (without meds) to pull myself out of that hole…after that point I vowed never to allow myself to ‘fall’ again. For some of us depression is self-perpetuated, we mentally engage in activities or thoughts to prolong the depression. For others it is a chemical imbalance. Prayer, family and wholesome social activities can help alleviate the downfall into depression for others doctors. You should take the time out to see a doctor if you believe you may have Clinical Depression.

I have, and I think everybody gets depressed now and then. Life is not always what we hope or want it to be. My doctor and my faith got me through my depression. The best thing you can do is talk to someone who will listen to you, and not just blow you off. Find someone you can talk freely to, someone you can trust, someone who will try to help you, or point you in the right direction.
