You go to Harvey, LA and visit all the local cemeteries, and check the grave registration book, they all maintain one either at the cemetery if there is an office there or with the local bishop or pastor or police department. In the book is the burial plot location and area of the cemetery where the grave is and you can go see it or whatever.

Start research at the Parish Record Office. Find the cemetary and check their records.
