I don't need to lose weight I just want to get a flat stomach, some muscle in my arms, and slim my upper thighs. I would like to do this at my home. What type of exercises should I do to accomplish this?

Start with Light weights and Yoga. U also need to make sure u eat alot of nutrients such as vitamins A, B, & C. So fruit and veg. Eat fish and meat for sources of protein to help build lean mucles. Basically stick to a healthy eating plan if ur not already on one and keep up with the excersise. You will gradually see ur body improving. Yoga will strengthen, stretch and tone ur muscles. Legs especially. And light arm weight activities will build and tone ur arms.

i could tell you manny good in home excercices to kind of tone your body, but i think that the best and easiest way is in the gym. but if you are really gonna try to, you have to start by running at least 30 consecutive min a day. eat also a lot of protein, and on your carbs, eat only basic carbs, no sugar and no soda and none of that, if you want to take something sweet eat fruit, and for the rest, eat rice and pasta and salad and stuff like that. for your proteins, tuna and chiken every day if you want, and red meat, only once or twice a week, because red meat is harder to digest, and try doing crnches and sit ups and squads, and for your bicep u need something that weight, otherwise you wont be able to get muscle on your arms. there is a site that might help
but i recomen you to go to a gym, but if it is because of money issues, try this http://www.gymworkoutgear.com/health/routines/free_workout_routines.htm

There are a whole lot of exercises that can be done at the home.
Most can be done right in front of the T.V. You will need some room a set of dumbbells and a plan. I'd say mix up your week with aerobic & anarobic exercises.
Aerobic: walking, jogging, hiking, danceing....etc. say, Monday, Wensday, and Fridays.

Anarobic: dumbells, situps, crunches, and pushups...etc. say, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Dumbell exercises: seated press, curl, shoulder raises, deep knee bends, rowing motion, kickouts...etc.

working out will help but a flat stomach has a lot to do with your diet. No matter how many crunches you do if you diet isn't right...won't help.
