The sweat thats sticking to your butt all day long is whats causing your acne. Get some baby powder and rub it on before you go to work and it will help keep the area dry. Other then that make sure you wash it like you would the rest of your body in the shower daily in order to get oil off and change your underwear everyday.

Try spending some off time walking. The constant motion helps keeping oil and sweat from sitting in your pores and causing the infection that causes boils. It also helps prevent and treat hemerroids.

It will not harm anybody, keep having fun. We had sex 4 or 5 days a week until a week before the baby was delivered. I was acually turning my wife down believe it or not.

Neutrogena Face Wash. (Here's a link:http://www.krutt.us/Read_Reviews_06390940631372119398.cgi). I swear I had this problem too and I've been using this product on the problem area (not on my face, as directed) and it works well. No breakouts.
