The big question mark is Klitschko's chin, and has been his whole career. I think he would be able to out maneuver Valuev, but could he handle a direct hit from him. If Klitschko avoids the big punch the fight would go to cards, here he would probably get the decision because of his ring generalship compared to Valuev.

I think would Wlad if he couldnt knock the big guy out he would atleast stop him by TKO in the 8th or 9th round. Wlad is a lot more quicker, mobile, and he has too much skill for the poddling giant. Valuev has a padded record and he has never been in a war or fought anybody in Wlad's league.

Wladimir ? no, i but i bet vitali wouldve knock Nikolai in about 6!!!!!!!!! vitali did pretty good against lewis, so he wouldve dominated Nikolai....................i think nikolai vs wladimir will be very borin, no more then a few jabs all night long, then Nikolai by decision

As long as Kitschko didn't get a cut, the fight would probably be a decision. If he gets cut, well, we see how bad he cuts.
