I've been talking with a guy for a couple weeks. He's a very nice guy and we have a lot in common. Overall, he's attractive. However, he has crooked teeth. Not just minor, it's pretty major. Teeth are important to me and a major factor when it comes to how attracted I am to someone. Maybe I'm shallow but it's something I don't know if I can get passed. But...I'd hate to not get to know him more just because of something like that. Technically, it could be fixed...if it's something HE wanted to do. But, I don't think it's right to bring up such a subject. Your thoughts?

Well think about it this way. What if he had straight teeth in the beginning then ended up in a fatal car accident and some of his teeth got knocked out. Would you think so much of his missing teeth, or his survival?

Try figuring out why his teeth are so important to you. My guess is that it's not the teeth but suspect that you have a problem being seen with someone who isn't "perfect." Why is that a problem for you? Someone close to me has several problems with their appearance but she's GORGEOUS.

offer to help him get them taken care of since they bother you so much then ask him what faults do you have he would like to see corrected since no one in the wo rld was born perfect
