A Louie coffee: 1/2 shot Cuantro, 1/2 shot brandy, 1/2 shot khalua, 1/2 shot dark creme de cocoa. Put into a hurricane glass, fill 3/4 way with fresh coffee, top with whipped cream and a cherry. 2 or 3 of these and your brain will forget that it is attatched to your head.

Hurricane
1/2 ounce 151-proof rum
2 ounces dark rum
1/2 ounce Galliano
2 ounces passion fruit punch (or your favorite punch)
2 ounces orange juice
1 ounce pineapple juice
Fill a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Add all ingredients. Shake well.
Fill a 15-ounce hurricane glass with ice. Pour cocktail mixture over ice. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

I run a bar and i have to say that soem of those sound awesone, and i will be trying myself!
A popular one here is a 'fat frog' a mix of Wkd Blue, Brez\zer orange and and smirnoff red ice, and tht knocks your head off, drinking in apint pot.
nb, it is illegal to mix drinks like this you have to give out the bottles seperately and the glass's for the customer to mix.

Nothing can beat a Mojito made properly. Golden CUBAN rum (no cheap Trinidad substitute), mint leaves, ice and soda water. Simple but unbeatable.
