Virtue is Moral excellence and righteousness. You can not improve it.
transgression is a violation of a law. This can be improved and therefore attention is on the sin. Most Sunday sermons attempt to deal with our transgressions.

Not sure that is the case, but history proves that we as humans like to point our fingers at others mistakes, this takes away from them pointing at ours. I try to see the good in everyone... I still feel sorry for Susan Smith, the woman who drowned her children. You made a good point. Take care.
