I'm trying to trim my body and lose weight. I recently started using the Versa Climber (35 min, twice per day) and doing squats and lunges (light weight, but high reps) and I notice that I feel bigger. Pants fit a bit closer. Why? I've cut down on eating junk food and increased my activity. When will I get smaller? Help!!!!

You're building muscle.

Wow, it sounds like you jump right in and get after the conditioning.

The Versa Climber is one tough piece of cardio equipment to use.

That is interesting because I have been doing squats and lunges for about 6 months now and my pant size has dropped 2 sizes... have you looked at other factors in your lifestyle?
