We are getting married because we love each other. This is not some type of "scam". I know that once we get married he will be able to apply for permanent residency. Does anyone know the process? What does he need to do? How long does he have, etc. Also, I know we will more than likely be interviewed by the USCIS. What types of questions are asked in an interview such as this? Neither one of us has any knowledge of this matter, whatsoever. I need to know everything, step by step.

Well I'll say 'good luck with that', because I think more and more, marriage naturalizations are probably going to be taken WAYYY back...this whole thing has gotten so stupid, that even a legitimate naturalization request is probably years away before you even fill it out.

What I'd suggest is, go ahead and get married, but don't hold your breath on him becoming an american citizen anytime soon.
